Here's a question and exercise for you...
I'm using latest Windows 8.1 but it could apply to other versions of Windows.
Go to the
command prompt.
Type
verifier plus enter.
Select
Create standard settings then
next.Select
Select driver names from list then
next.You now get a list of drivers. When you are finished you can
cancel out of it.
Question...
Is everybody running "secdrv.sys" which I think is some sort of DRM. I'm running 4.03.086 supplied by Macrovision.
BTW...
Anyway it's an interesting exercise to get to know your drivers....
FYI people might be alarmed to see drivers beginning with "dump_" shown as "<unknown>"... this is normal.
