Here's a list of PC Modules I have installed that don't allow scrolling using PageUp/Down keys. Might help you guys hunt down what's causing it...

Concrete Limiter (and with the CL it seems if you accidentally click on a control the only way to deactivate it is by clicking in another module completely... Just clicking in grayspace inside the CL does not remove the selection)
