I paid my $10, I downloaded the encoder.  I installed the download.  It said the program was successfully installed.  When I attempt to export as mp3, I still get the "You must unlock the encoder" message.  Is there some kind of secret about "unlocking?"  What do I have to do.  I already kicked the dog, but that did not help.

There are two versions of the unlock program. Is it possible you selected the wrong one? If so, Customer Service will need to swap it out for you.
