Loop Construction View

In Cakewalk Home Studio 2004, I can't open the loop construction view. The icon is shaded, and I can't find any way to change it. Help!

Make sure you have highlighted an audio track. I suppose HS has a loop construction function.

make sure your track is sheded and not just the icon...right click in the track you want to edit..then chose loop construction
