I'm diggin' the monthly updates, fixes and new content. Not everyone will have a use for everything the Bakers give to us monthly but the beauty of receiving these tools is our work flow improves and our library of content and effects expands so we have a lot at our disposal.  I personally have not used some of the items but when I am looking for that sound to enhance a guitar solo or vocal I have plenty to choose from. It is especially useful when I record other artists with varied styles to have an extensive library and tools at my disposal.. Keep up the good work Bakers and I'll take all the creative effects Graig can provide. Here's to great recordings !

I went to the command center but could not find the "Dorchester' download...please help....

If the "Light" beside SONAR Platinum is Yellow there is an update there. Click and select "Update"
(Edit) - I see you deleted your post so probably got it sorted. If not, please post back with any issues

i had to click the update button to start the download. a couple of questions I notice the Command Center does not have download options for things I purchased in the past, like the old format did. Second, do you know the build number of the Dorchester update as seen in the "About" section ?? ??

I was hoping the "drum replacer" that's been mentioned would be in here. Maybe we'll get that in East Boston. I hope it's along the lines of Ableton's drum racks, i.e. a host-integrated drum machine that renders the need for 3rd party products like Battery obsolete.

But perhaps it's premature for Cakewalk to be building such a feature. Ableton and Bitwig's drum machines leverage their product's host-integrated samplers by placing a sample engine on each cell of the drum machine. Sonar doesn't have a host-integrated sampler. Hey Cakewalk, how about giving us a host-integrated sampler? It's only been what, 25 years?

I'm having a strange problem after downloading Dorchester. After installing the update, the button for Sonar Platinum stays yellow, even though all the elements in it have been installed and have green lights. After doing the update once or twice more, the light is still yellow, and I noticed that CCC still says "Cambridge" with a link about the new update being available.

I have both 64 bit and 32 bit installed. Now, when I try to open the 32 bit, I get an error message:
"The program can't start because CWVideoEngine.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem."

I reinstalled Sonar Platinum 32 bit from ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads, but I get the same error message when I try to open it.

Please help.

Real MIDI workflow improvement will be if you incorporate drawing cc into multiple tracks at same time in Piano Roll. Instead of this you remove option to select and move same CC on multiple tracks showed in Piano Roll. Now we must move them track by track. Or is it possible? In X3 it works fine. I posted this on request months ago. MIDI should radically improve instead of implementig some IRs or Pedal boards which we are using top notch from third party developers. You should stick more with improving functionality of your core product. Peace.

That's what I have been doing. After it finishes the update, the light is still yellow. When I click on Sonar, the update button is still there. I even did a system restore back more than a week and I still can't open Sonar 32 bit.
