When Sonar 4 was to come out it was an anticipated version. There was a small Sonar 4 picnic in Denver put on by a forum member (had a bull dog avatar) .... I forget.
Anyway, those were days.

As George Carlin said, "Some people see the glass half full. Others see it half empty. I see a glass that's twice as big as it needs to be."

And some of us live in California, where a half glass of water is excessive and subject to a $200 fine.

Some of us live in Texas where we will make a bigger glass and have no problem filling it up.

I always find it helpful to reflect on how far recording has come, in a relatively short period of time. Mucho superior to splicing tape.

No matter how much I complain, I have tried many Daws and by far Sonar is the  most comprehensive and easy to use. It works well most of the time but what MS software has ever worked perfectly? (Rhetorically speaking)
It gets the job done for me!

Which just begs me to point out that Sonar for Linux would be a dream!

Would it be easier than porting to a Mac? But then again...what happens to your plug-ins and such? Would they all have to be re-worked as well?

This is easy for all you guys and gals to say. Try saying it in the Reaper forum. I will have an ambulance standing by.
