I updated Platinum to Dorchester, but I can't find the vocalsync plugin.  Can someone provide the relative path it should be on?  I had done a manual install of Platinum to an alternate drive, but the updater put stuff all over the place again.  I'm assuming that's the problem, but who knows maybe I just disabled the path its on now.

It's not a plugin as such.
 
You access it by right clicking a clip  and choose Region Fx > Vocal Sync > Create Region Fx
