My comment wasn't forums specific, the end result is still the communication gets split and the left hand does not know what right hand is doing (we are asking the same questions that are already been answered in another thread that we never hear about). Nevermind.

There are other "double posts" - in one forum section and in the problem reports area.  I have no idea why mine got moved. 
 
As far as the fix, I will chalk it up to "Murphy's Law".  Murphy's Law says 1 plus 1 hardly ever equals 2.  LOL
