I'm trying to change the range of the pitch wheel for Cakewalk instruments. Can someone please explain, in VERY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS, how to adjust the pitch wheel range to one full step, one octave and two octaves?

I've already searched Google and found a million detailed explanations of RPNs, NRPNs, MSBs, LSBs, etc. No need for any of that, I just want to know how to actually do it.
