John
I'm glad you put this here Freddie. It worked for me after I read the post that Wicked made. As I said in his thread I knew about Layouts for a long time but never used them until this post. BTW this reminds me about Logic which has a similar system that uses the numpad to changes views. I always liked that ability now I have it again. My thanks to you and Wicked.
Thanks John! =) Yes, that's right John. "Workspace"'s are available in LOGIC and as well in Cubase /Nuendo too. SONAR work-space's work kind of different compare to LOGIC and Cubase. That's one feature I sometimes actually miss in SONAR, even though SONAR works pretty well working from one window environment. The different is that in LOGIC and Cubase it remember everything as example, "Console"-configurations layouts as well any window placements and behaviors, all in exclusive “work-spaces”. You can have as many as 99 work-spaces in Logic and Cubase and all can be bind to keycommands.
Often I used 9 work-space's and I bind them to the key commands “1-9” numeric-keys on my keyboard. Often I used different views of arrangement as “Zoom”-levels but even different ”Mixers-console”-views and so on...
Regards
Freddie
