I don't think the Gold Top programs made it to the installer. At least what I thought were the programs are not the Gold Top Programs. Not sure what the program names are. Edit: I found the DPro programs and suspect the location they installed in was due a non-standard installation.

Also the Mutlisamples and sfz do not look like they are in the right place. The GTN*.sfz files are in the top level of the Mutlisamples folder with the GOLDTOPNECK at the same level.

Edit: I found the missing DPro programs and it may be unique to my installation which is non-standard.

Hi Cakewalk,  I see you are releasing upgrades and bug fixes together in a pay-for package.  Does this mean that non-subscribers will have to buy Cambridge just to get the bug fixes?  Shouldn't bug fixes be released in a free package?  Thanks.
Zaffer

If you bought SONAR as a new user, you will also receive a year of updates and that includes the bug fixes. If you updated from X3, then you received all the updates between X3 and the latest version (Mix Recall, Control Bar, etc.), and will also receive a year of updates that includes bug fixes.

Like most software companies, Cakewalk does not release bug fixes for versions that are no longer for sale. For example, there will be no new bug fixes issued for X3, X2, X1, 8.5, 7, etc. These are different programs in many ways, so to do regression testing of fixes made for the current version in previous versions would require raising the price of the software significantly to cover the resources needed to do this.

It is free to the membership. I'm a little confused by your question. Have read the announcement dealing with the new membership? What "pay for package" are you talking about?

An incredible amount of stuff in the last 30 days or so. And that's only 2 of 12? Wow!

I'm still seeing Braintree update in my command center which I installed when it came out. Shouldn't it say Cambridge update and have an update button instead of install, install all and launch?

Thanks

I must say I picked the PERFECT 'Era' to return to Sonar and to this Forum.  I have done multiple projects in Platinum and have had great results.  We are living in 'interesting' times as Sonar soars and PT is imploding.

Best

Great job Cake!  Install was quick, worked perfectly, no confusion (and I'm easily confused), and everything was found exactly where it was supposed to be.  After my third installation using the CCC I'm feeling pretty comfortable with this new process.  Nice job on the timing of the release and all of the work that went into these additions and fixes.  Keep 'em coming!  I can just feel some of the Pro Tools market share heading Cake's way!
