I've just purchased the Mp3 encoder from the cakewalk store and when I try to install it, it says shared utilities folder is missing. Yet when I go into my hard drive/program files/cakewalk, I find the folder straight away. Any tips?

have you try to launch it on the program file shared utilities  direct?
 
cuz in fact the mp3enc.exe is already there ..

Maybe the wrong product. I thought all the encoder unlock process did was add a registry entry. I would contact tech support.

Tried that to and got the same issue. Just checked the store again and there is another download further down for the same price call "MP3 Encoder Activation". I bought it and it worked instantly... They both have the same description which confused me a little but the main thing is, it works now haha. Thanks for the help anyways guys!
