Hey Gang,
I use an ECHO Audiofire-12 as my interface as I have many different pre-amps that I use that are analog output.
My 12 inputs are just enough to record a 5 piece band live off the floor as beds & keeper drum & bass tracks.
Problem is I have no talkback then. My headphone amp doesn`t have that option like the Presonus one does.
If I found a USB mic with an on-off switch would the Audiofire play nice with it?
Either that or a used USB pre-amp/interface I guess.
Anyone used an Audiofire 12 with a USB interface?

Maybe a monitor controller with a talkback mic? Like the Presonus you mentioned.. Check around on the second hand marked.

Yeah, I've been watching Kijiji, Craigslist & EvilBay but nothing so far.
