Search doesn't seem to find anything.  SONAR crashed on me.  I had been hitting save after every track but it still lost several hours of work.

Opening the project in "safe mode" gives me the project as it was several hours ago.

I *know* I was hitting Save.  Any idea how to recover?  I'll go snooping for audio tracks tomorrow...

Better option is to do 'Save As'; so you rename each iteration of your project process.
Like: Song, then 'Save As'--Song 1--then Song 2, and so on. Then, for instance Song 10 gets corrupted, Song 9 or Song 8 will *(may) be good. (*may; is close to 100 % likely good)

I gave a suggestion in your other post about the crashes, and I think that is the place to start, as those issues are crippling - I don't want to get into the crashes in this post, so I will pick it up there mid-day tomorrow, after some much-needed snoozies for me.

I found the main audio file that was time-consuming and re-did the MIDI stuff which was easy.  Everything seems brighter after a night's sleep.  And now I'm saving Song-NN every track.  Thanks.

P.S. I'd never had SONAR crash before so I wasn't very cautious...
