Don't thnk you can. I don't think you can put PC modules in an fx chain. They're already in the PC. Fx chains is a way to get non PC modules into the PC.

As far as I know there is no way. I really wish we'd get VST versions of all PC modules.

The BlueTubes seem locked in just fine. I doubt anyone would pick Sonar over another DAW just because of a specific included effect. Maybe if it were a truly unique one.

Actually if you check in your registry the PC modules are VST's but some way they are locked to be used only in the pro channel.

Yeah that's what I meant - since they're VSTs anyway it seems a minor effort.
