Installed X3d patch last night and noticed a very visible now time (playhead) Lag when hovering around the mouse cursor when I playback my song

the playhead doesnt scroll as smooth as before, its very choppy ( playhead scrolling movement looks like 10-15 fps and doesnt update frequently and stands still for a half second at worse ) when you hover your mouse meanwhile the song plays...  if you stop moving around the mouse cursor the playhead Lag is gone and it scrolls more smoothly..

don't recall this was happening in X3c...

related to this Lag issue, if you have undocked console view and if you grab it with the mouse and drag it around, the movement is very choppy,  its acts like very heavy and not smooth...   now if you close the console window and open it again and move it around, now its smooth (as it should be)...

anyone else having same issue?

here is a poorly shot vide clip of this behavior (btw, what is the best way to show/share quicky videoclips here? a video says more than few words sometimes :))  but you can't miss whats happening :)

EDIT : changed LAEG to Lag  (delay)   (I thought it was spelled Laeg?! no?) + added more info + video link
