There are hundreds of FX chain presets on my system that have been installed over time between X1 and SPlat.  There are more than 20 of them that are 'voice' FX.  This seems a more flexible solution than getting some default values from a track template.  I don't think any of my vocal tracks ends up with the same FX.  I guess you could find one that you like and save it as a 'Voice' template.
