I strictly follow the instructions and even uninstall and reinstall drivers, control surface and the editor again and again, nothing works, especially, nothing happens after redirecting the midi configuration in the editor and pressing any button of the v-20 ... I'm sad and desperate .... Windows 7 SP1 to 64bits ... also already make all the indications of power management and power off of usb, etc. Please help...!!

Have you tried to open Windows Device Manager, enable "Show hidden devices" (not exact, I do not have EN Windows at the moment) and then remove everything related to VS-20? Sometimes (if you used different USB ports to connect it) that is the only way to make things working.

Any luck, get that worked out with VS-20?  Just for fun, cuz I have a VS-20, I loaded the drivers on a W 7 laptop and a W 8.1 laptop, and both work fine. Only problem is two Cakewalk plugins that I had purchased will only load on the 8.1.
