Yes the f5 worked in that I can now see the new programs, but the multisamples for the new programs just aren't in the right spot, lol

I just checked my system -- I'm on XP Pro SP3 32bit, so it might be different for you if you're on 64bit.
My multisamples are in C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Rapture\Mutlisamples - in here are separate folders for the DSF bundles and others.
The "programs" aren't a problem as you've now gotten them by hitting F5 -- but they are stored in the documents and settings\all users\application data\cakewalk\rapture\programs for me.
So check your drive(s) for the multisamples folder (make sure you don't have dupes) and see if you find the DFS bundles. If not, you may have to copy them (after you find them) to the appropriate folder.
