Is there a way to add multiple video tracks in sonar?  I want to sync a long show with multiple videos that I created.  Is there a way to do this without having the video within Sonar?  Somehow sync'd through rewire or some other mechanism?

No, Sonar requires you to prep your video in another piece of software. There is no video editing functionality in Sonar. You can bring in the Video and modify the sound and re-export it, but you can't move the video. It starts at the beginning and goes to the end or the sound track.
