I just tried putting the plugins in folders. They are already mostly in folders so I put them in another folder which didn't make any difference. When I went to make my notes I found a not describing how I'd tried this before.
Just getting too much stuff to keep track of.
 
I also can't make my mouse scroll wheel work on that list.
