Trying to do this but can't figure it out. I recorded some notes from a soft synth and used the joystick for some modulation effect. Now I won't to get rid of the modulation, but not the notes. I have selected show controller notes and can see a couple of controller effects - they show in red and blue, but I'm unable to select them to delete them. Is this possible to do? The only way I know to get rid of them is to deleted the note and re-record.

Thanks

One way would be to select the entire clip that contains the controller events you wish to delete and then use Edit|Select|by filter.  When the dialogue box appears, click none.  Then select just controller events.  Then hit delete on the computer keyboard.  That should delete all of your controller events.

You can even just select the modulation events using this method.

You can also use the event list, use the filter to remove notes which will leave all the controller events visible.

If you show controller panel in the PRV, you should be able to select the events and delete them. The controller panel may not display by default. You may need to drag the bottom of the PRV up to show it. Alternately convert the controller to an envelope in track view, then delete the envelope.
