Fractal Audio has a VST version of Cab Lab:

 I have it, so if you have a few audio files you want me to run through it with some various cabs let me know - I got lots of IRs... :)

how long are the samples that cab lab can play?

well, it's cool that they explain why having a ultra hi res file, with a longer tail, sounds better than the shorter ir's...
 
 
and makes the argument why some convolution hosts are better than others.

MixIRII is the best IMO. I own Cab Lab, and Two Notes WOS III.

this is also of the opinion of scott henderson..
his point was that the MixIR will play the longer 500ms samples,
which sound more realistic than the shorter samples that most of the others are limited to.
