"Controller search back" isn't working in one project. The box is checked. ZERO controllers is unchecked.
Is this something (bug?) to do with the length of clips or needing to bounce smaller clips to a larger one?

Quite possible from too many clips ... easy to check, save under new name, select all midi tracks, bounce to clips, see if it gets better.    As I've posted elsewhere, bouncing to clips has been a preventer of crashes and peculiar interface stuff for me since sonar 2, including the current Platinum release.   ( I'll admit I also wave at the sky to make the sun rise and set, too.)

I finally traced it to a Kontakt instrument. Replacing the instrument with an older version solved the problem.
