Did you do a rest and THEN a rescan?
Not just a rescan.

Thanks.

I also have this issue, one of the things I noticed was that in my second monitor is where the issue for the saturation knob is, if I insert it on the main monitor it works and shows up correctly but if I open screenset #5/7 where I can put the console on a different monitor (my preferred view) the insert whites out or defaults to a different plug-in icon...

I suspect in my case it is related to using two monitors with different resolutions, except that it is only the saturation knob that has the glitch...

By the way I have reset, rescanned, held down shift on start-up, changed migration settings in registry as infinitum...and the problem persists...

I can confirm this behavior. I have 4 monitors and if you replace an existing ProChannel module with the saturation knob on a screen with a lower resolution than the default monitor you get odd graphics. I get exactly what the Psychobillybob screen shot shows as well at times. If you make that monitor the default and re-open Sonar on that screen (at a lower res) the saturation knob module displays fine. If you move the screen to another monitor with a higher res it somewhat fixes itself. Pretty sure a scan will not fix this and is likely a bug.

If this is a new issue and the OP's issue is fixed I would create a new thread in the problem report forums at this stage.

Please supply full steps to reproduce in detail from a new project and supply Sonar version number.

Many thanks.

I have done all of the above including uninstalling previous versions of Sonar and the bug is not fixed for me...

As you can see it "says" saturation but the bitmap/icon is the tape simulation that I replaced with it...even if I insert rather than replace what it does is fills the saturation bitmap with whatever was on the screen real estate prior to the saturation, in my bitmap cache the saturation icons are there (both small and large) yet it never actually inserts them or if it does (on one or two occasions) the icons are not working (no mouse changes ever happen to settings on the knob or switch)

This is what I am experiencing too.  What I did find out though is...I see this happening on my Visio 42" TV monitor that I use for the Console view.  If I drag the console down to my 28" Hanns-G computer monitor, it displays fine.  This is the same behavior as others are describing here.

I too have updated my Nvidia graphics drivers to the latest (just a few days ago).  this problem happened before and after the driver update.

First link not working.
Second link needs more detailed steps from a new project, is more like a question, and besides is in the Sonar forums. See #16.
