I have done all of the above including uninstalling previous versions of Sonar and the bug is not fixed for me...

As you can see it "says" saturation but the bitmap/icon is the tape simulation that I replaced with it...even if I insert rather than replace what it does is fills the saturation bitmap with whatever was on the screen real estate prior to the saturation, in my bitmap cache the saturation icons are there (both small and large) yet it never actually inserts them or if it does (on one or two occasions) the icons are not working (no mouse changes ever happen to settings on the knob or switch)

I' m having the exact same problem as you. On both X3, and Platinum. Had a teamviewer session with a cool person from Cakewalk, and he could not figure it out. So the issue is still there. I did a month trial on Platinum, just to see if it was fixed. Unsure if I' ll make the upgrade permanently..

Zargg are you using multiple monitors?

For some of us this is the issue's genesis...I have submitted a problem report because the Support guy I was working with could not solve it either...

Yes, I am using two monitors. And the issue is only on the 2. monitor, where I have the console view. It' s the same if I switch monitors. Res: 1920 x 1080 on both monitors.

Thanks, I am becoming convinced this si a bug, I have filed a problem report on it...seems to be a multiple monitor issue...I have found that if I use the console in my primary monitor I can insert/move/manipulate the Saturation Knob fine there, but if I drag it up or dock it to the second monitor (my preferred view) then the bug starts up then...

It' s the same here. It works as it should on my primary monitor, but not when docked on my second monitor, which is my preferred console view monitor as well. I have to work around it by viewing / editing the saturation knob / prochannel on my main monitor. It' s kind of a hassle to have to switch between monitors for every instance of the saturation knob. Hope they will find out what is causing this, and fix it.

I hope this issue gets addressed.  For me, it's not just the Saturation but other items in the prochannel on the secondary monitor... and when I undocked the Console from multidock that monitor and dragged it to the main monitor, all I got was the title bar visible of the console until I maximized it... more graphics are glitchy also.  Tomorrow I'll try another reset and rescan.

I have been re setting and re scanning vst's several times, without any change. I am also beginning to think this is a Cakewalk bug, since I' ve had it happen on both X3 (a,b,c,d,e) and Platinum (both before and after the braintree update). Did you file a problem report, and did yo get any reply?

I filed a detailed problem report a few weeks ago but have not heard back it was on the advice of Cakewalk Tech guy...

Let us (with this issue) hope that this is a priority for the next update from the bakers, that they will find the problem , and that it  (I for one  (or at lest a few of us) hope)  is a priority (as a a bug, ( I am getting more certain of that) ), and that they find a solution. Otherwise quite happy
