Are you saying the indicators are all green in C3 and the SONAR about screen does not show version 21.2.00 Build 21?

How come I don't see the Cambridge update in the Cakewalk command center? I paid for the year.. Everyone seems to have this update.

Well, http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3197819 so you are not alone it seems. Just out of curiosity, when you expand the Sonar Platinum (or whatever) tree in the connected products in Command Center, then click on Sonar Platinum, on the right hand side underneath the graphic, is the 'update' button not active ?

I know some people see that it says 'Braintree (whatever version) and just assume that it is saying that is the latest version, when bellow the 'Update" button is active and will take you to the new version

Sonar Platinum is yellow and everything in it's tree below it is red. When I click on Sonar Platinum , on the right it shows Braintree 21.1.0.37. Below the pic of Sonar is, Install All, Install and Launch. Nothing says Cambridge or update of any kind.

I just went to my products page and Cambridge update shows there but not in CC.

The yellow means an update is pending. C3 shows that you are running Braintree. Everthing below the core has never been installed. You really want to install at least the Anderton and Boz Collections if you want the new plug-ins added to the new SONAR. The "Help and Tutorials" adds the local help and Reference PDF (along with a GB tutorial). The NYC Impulses are extra content for REmatrix. You should also see the Brian HardGroove Collection at the top of the C3. To read up of the Braintree stuff you have not loaded see http://static.cakewalk.com/cakewalk/products/sonar/release_notes/Welcome_to_the_SONAR_Braintree_Release.pdf. To read up on Cambridge see http://static.cakewalk.com/cakewalk/products/sonar/release_notes/Welcome_to_the_SONAR_Cambridge_Release.pdf

I did installed everything when I upgraded from X3. When the Braintree update came out I installed that. Was I supposed to install everything all over again? I think I should have installed everything manually.
If I install the Cambridge manually will that screw me up even more?

No, it is not necessary to reinstall. Did you log out of C3? That will reset the indicators.

I've logged in and out of C3 about 15 times today. Nothing appears to be resetting.
I have everything from the Braintree update.

I thought logging out causes C3 to forget the indicators. Generally there is no reason to log out of C3. If the red indicators don't bother you then just install the core, Anderton and Boz collections. This will get you to Cambridge. Make sure to read http://static.cakewalk.com/cakewalk/products/sonar/release_notes/Welcome_to_the_SONAR_Cambridge_Release.pdf

Thanks scook, I'll try that.

I just installed (via CCC)the LP Goldtop, Hardgroove, and Boz and they all show up, where I expect to find them.
I haven't done the Platinum/core(?) part, yet, as I am just reading this thread. I have no need to hurry there....I suppose, since I am not doing anyone else's projects and can keep working on my X3e versions, that I could load it and live with it, till the fixes arrive.

I didn't install Rapture, Celemony, nor Dim Pro with Platinum, since I already had them how/where I wanted them with my X3ePE. So, the fact that I'm using different serial numbers and library locations, makes me wonder if I won't need to concern myself with that (ever?), in terms of CCC. Any comments? Steve Cook? Craig, CW guys?

***So, I am wondering whether the fix(es) will be in the install/update, if I wait or are they separate?
