Older VST Plug-In's

In Sonar Platinum. My older VST-Plug-In's can only be access from the Master bus. And not from each Channel how do I fix that?

Right, that is unusual and I can't say I have seen that problem before.

I Right clicking on the effect bin. On the channels I only see the Platinum effect
none of my own VST’s

When you do that select manage layouts and from that menu select Default plugin layout.
