Been having numerous crashes due to Amplitude in Platinum and X3 before.   I thought the crash reporter was automating the crash reports and have been patiently awaiting some feedback.
At first I would get emails that they received my reports but for the past couple of weeks I have not been getting those emails.

Today I checked in on the reports and they all say "Awaiting Review".  Below the report it says "Your reports current status of Awaiting Review allows or requires additional information from you to help us troubleshoot your problem further."

So does this mean that no one has been working on these.  I have not been contacted to provide anymore info.

Is the crash reporter useless?

What is the next step?

Sonar crashes on exit or save the error dialog indicates that there was a fatal exception in
Module: C:\Program Files (x86)
IK Multimedia\Amplitude 3\Amplitube 3.vpa64

Exception Code: c0000005

It is not clear to me that a fault report will necessarily generate a request for support service. Similar dialogues in Windows and other programs just send data about the problem to the developers who can use it for identifying common problems and the associated system state. The documentation does not indicate any particular support action will result from sending it. With the Cakewalk Problem Report Form, it was explicitly stated that filling out the form did NOT put you in contact with support or initiate a support action for the particular problem you are reporting.

In any event, if you have not already done so, you should contact support directly. X3 is still listed as a supported version, but who knows for how long it will be.

Are you trying to run a 64 bit plugin in 32 bit Sonar?

Had this problem since Sonar X....it is plainly listed in the crash that the problem is with the Amplitube 3.vpa64.
No...

I have contacted support directly and sent them files and info starting back with Sonar X.

When this started the bakers were going to get with the Amplitube guys to make them aware of the problem.  Its just that we have gone through a number of upgrades and this is still a problem.
I have made IK Multimedia aware of the problem also but right now neither party is actively trying to resolve this.
I was hoping that with the pay-for Platinum upgrade that it might be finally put to bed.

I thought the 150 or so of these were enough to point out the problem is still here after the upgrade.

FWIW, the C:\Program Files (x86)\ folder is for 32bit apps.   If a plugin is 64bit it would normally be somewhere under C:\Program Files\ instead.

That is where Microsoft wants 64-bit stuff to go but, developers are free to put their files anywhere they want.
