Thks again fly for taking the time .... you confirmed that its slower than x1 witch does everything in a sec .... but confirme also that mine is working like other (after indiscoveredvthe culprit , the windows 8 compatibility checked)
 
Thks again .... now i will have to handle pros and cons of manual install versus cccenter. Cause right now i m manual and the possibility to roll back update versions is handledcmanually now

Ok clean install and all = crashing
 
I then checked the exe properties (to be sure 100) its in admin ...even if the icon is showing ....i then discovered that its in windows 8 compatibility mode ....im on 8,1. So i unchecked it and its working .....don t ask me why it was in 8 mode .....!!!!

Maybe you want to change your thread title once more to actually indicate that windows 8 compatibility mode caused the performance differences ...
