I am just coming off a series of projects, and was going to tune up my system.
Considering the upgrade before I lose the discount, but didn't want to spend the money without looking into it.

@Jimbo - thanks for the advice, very helpful. I used to do pen and paper, but its been over a decade. I am doing stuff for animation currently and clients keep changing frames throwing off sound fx and music and i need to make my "quick fixes" actually quick. What is you optimum Import specs for video? What format do you commonly import to do accurate work to frames? Do you have a codecs pkg installed?
