Select all tracks and audio you want to bounce first. Markers can help. Set stay and end markers, select all, click in the ruler between the markers, bounce to tracks.

Don't know what Sonar version you are using, but in X3.....solo req'd tracks from the tracks dropdown menu selct bounce to new track - job done.

I'm assuming you're talking audio tracks here, not midi/synth tracks, but curious as to why 6 audio tracks would be taking up a lot of memory?

Thanx for that guys....needed a bit more cpu so bouncing tracks gives me that its a large track im working on 50 odd tracks

If bouncing to save CPU, also archive the tracks you bounced; they will still use CPU muted only.

I would be amazed if a 100 track project would cause problems on your system, let alone one with 50 tracks.

Makes me wonder if something else is going on.

Slightly different approach - but freezing tracks will free up resources as well. I guess it all depend on how many hungry fx you have loaded on each track as to how much pull those tracks are using.
