Is there away to save just the EQ settings instead of the entire PC setup?

No, individual ProChannel modules do not have separate preset managers.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the main flaw in the Pro Channel concept!

QCEQ is unique in that the settings can be easily copied between tracks in the console view by CTRL+dragging the EQ from one strip to another. I suppose if one wanted to create presets for the EQ it could be done by using a scratch track to load and save ProChannel presets and copying the EQ settings to the target tracks.

That's a neat idea. Not that I need to use EQ pfesets -but it's a great solution.
