Thanks for all help, Foks!!
I ended up with re-installing everything that had to do with audio and made a reg-clean manually to be sure to not leave any tracks about cakewalk and sonar....and installed with everything upgraded to latest driver: Windows, Audio-interface, plugins and and so on....GPU as well..and now it works...! :)
And..I upgraded to Platinum without to know what I bought but is sounded better..:)
Gimme some time and i think i will feel secure as in cubase, i think!
Its not easy as I thought to leave Steinberg suit after 15 years and start over with a new program but its exiting, new colors and blinking led is always nice for a tech nerd as me..:)
Now I sit here and trying to understand what I have installed
Again...Thanks for helping me and giving me hints even thou i really don't know what caused the errors!
Ps! Great forum!!

I own Cubase 8pro, Reaper, Ableton Live and Sonar Platinum.
Since Platinum Sonar rocks, especially the vst performance is so much better than in Cubase..

You should ( also ) when using Cakewalk ( or any DAW ) it's best to cut off any programs that are working in the background ( like Antivirus programs, etc.) because they are drawing on the same Cpu as Sonar. I have Sonar Pro, Reaper, Samplitude and Music Creator Touch ( thru Steam ). Sonar rocks and gives you more bang for the buck. In addition, you should upgrade to Windows 8.1
