My main production PC is not connected to the internet so I normally download the new version files to my laptop, put them on a stick and then install them on my main machine.

Ive just downloaded the command centre on my laptop and download the new version of sonar.  Where are the install files so I can put it on my main machine?  I can't see anything other than command centre setup file in my downloads folder

Command Center is not needed/intended for offline machines. Please check this out. It should help.

When I asked about this I got the impression that people like you and me will not use the Command Center but rather find our download files in our user account and download them as a normal download.

Hi Bill,
I think it's fantastic that Cakewalk has prepared a video on this subject.

 Good stuff!

Btw, if you're willing to connect once temporarily, you can just run Command Center to install, then launch once. From then on a connection isn't needed so you can unplug again. Much faster and easier if you're comfortable with it.

Thanks again Bill, that isn't going to cause any problems with my license is it as it seems to have installed in my laptop?

Nope. You can install on multiple machines as long as you're the exclusive user, per our license agreement.

cool thanks for your help.  Do I need to have Command Centre on my main machine if I want to use the roll back feature?

Not really. You should be able to grab older installer downloads from your account.
