Since it was a cwp. file, it's not a total disaster.

You'll still have your data in the per project folder.

The worse case scenario is to build the project back from the wav files.

Still a pain, but it could have been worse.

OMG - I've been using Sonar for 6 or so years, never new of safe made. You have just save me some 30 hours of work after I corrupted a file by uninstalling a crappy pug-in from windows that was asigned to that particular file.

Try opening it in safe mode. Hold down the shift key while clicking File-Open.
