In this scenario you need to contact tech support so they can manually overide it, re-subscribing is not enough.
Never send a cakewalk email to spam, not that I ever have, but that's one of the things that can trigger it, and unbelievably if they think you are not reading them, so always open a cakewalk newsletter.
