I tend to drop of Cakewalks emails list, so I have to keep an eye on it as unless sometome mentions an email, how do I know I haven't received it.

Was there and email relating to this survey?

If not, what and when was the last email
My last email (and first one for a very long time) was 18th February-RSVP to join Gibson and Cakewalk in London

Cakewalk has an e-mail list? Here I am getting Avid e-mails and I don't even use Pro Tools. Where do I sign-up?

I'm signed up for the Newsletter, it's checked off, but I don't receive any e-mails from Cakewalk. I took the survey on the forum when it was posted.

Damn it!
Yeah the link in my first post is to that sickie. It dawned on me that they probably sent an email too. I missed out on a previous survey because it was emailed and I had once again stop receiving newsletter type emails form Cake. Their email system sucks when it stops working. Took about 6 weeks communicating tech support to get back on their list and after one email I drop off again.

This is unbelievable. I have been around here for years and it's always the same. People are signed up for email, but never get them.

I myself use to get them. I now do not receive them and don't know why.

After all this time and effort spent on trying to fix something designed to bring in business, you think they would **** can the old software and start fresh.

FM, see this page

If however you have seen that before and subscribed, then company that actually sends Cakewalks emails, believes you have indicated that you don't want them, even if you didn't. In this scenario you need to contact tech support so they can manually overide it, re-subscribing is not enough.

Never send a cakewalk email to spam, not that I ever have, but that's one of the things that can trigger it, and unbelievably if they think you are not reading them, so always open a cakewalk newsletter.
