C3 shows everything current, but I see no reference to Bark of Dog or Boz.
What did I not do?

Chappel
In my command center it is right under "Anderton Collection" in the Sonar Platinum group. If it installed you can find it in the Pro Channel.

You probably need to manually install it from the location Chappel described.  I had the same issue and that fixed it.  Just hitting Install from the top level Sonar header won't do it.  Had to install a few others manually too, but it was all good in the end.

This - everything in the braintree update needed to be installed "separately" - not by just clicking on Sonar and doing the update.

Hi Folks, slightly O.T.;

...I Did a complete, total, custom re-install of platinum last night after using some of the
tips I learned on the sonar forum re: mklink...(thanks all).
Very cool.

Anyway, after creating junction points, renaming/archiving/deleting excess files I go to CCC.
As expected, ALL RED at the CCC. But...

The Sonar install has TWO BUTTONS, install, and *INSTALL ALL*.
You only get this option once. if you manually install something and go
back to CCC you will only be able to install one thing at a time after that.

I chose install all, had coffee and donuts and chatted with my band for 2 hours(approx.),
went back to 'puter and there's my shiny new CUSTOM INSTALL THAT THE CCC CAN DETECT (All Green).
Tested the new install on a 60 track, 113 plugin project(entire 5 1/2 min song on loop) for
2 hours... Glitch-Free.

JM2C...

P.S. I DID have to manually MOVE any third-party or previously purchased
pro channel stuff (e.g. I bought the cw pc bundle a year ago) myself.
peace.

Don't forget, to LOAD Bark of Dog it's a Pro Channel module, not an FX Chain or insert Effect

Sorry, no. My name is Melvin Wells.

I got into Sonar because I balked at the PT(APPLE) pricing scheme.
(wanted a lean, software based system w/powerful cpu/high memory, they were heading
in the opposite direction, way too much hardware[weak points in my sys] for my needs or space)

Started with Sonar 2XL.
Anyone who needs more can GOOGLE me under CAMEO.

Rats. Still nothing.
It doesn't show up in the "Insert Module" list, and I'm not entirely convinced it is actually installed.
What I have tried:
Hit the Re-install button in C3. I'm guessing this downloads the file(s) again?
Installed from the Installer in the Downloads folder in C3(not as admin).
Disabled AVI.
Turned UA notifications to lowest setting.
Run the installer (32 and 64 bit) as Admin.
Nada.

If it is installed, where should I see the file?
Boz setup file is 1.53MB. Does that look correct?
This computer only has one drove, so everything follows the default path to C.
Note: Rematrix Solo has installed correctly, and it is available and functional as a PC module.
So, what is different about Boz?

If I'm overlooking something incredibly stupid, I'm ok with that.
I just want to get this module working.
