I'm having a problem with my settings in Sonar Platinum. I cannot save my setup with the "Use Multiprocessing Engine" checked. It works while the program is open but forgets at next startup. X1, X2 and X3 are all still working fine. I've tried running as administrator to see if that helps but no luck. Anyone else encountered this?

Solved - Seems all I needed to do was set the driver mode to anything other than ASIO, check the "Use Multiprocessing Engine" tab, save and close. Reopen and change back to ASIO and all is well!

That still seems a bit odd to me.  I would suggest submitting it as a bug, in case they want to do something to alter having to do things that way to get it to stay set the way you want.

Agreed.

That is not normal at all.

I think it may communicate with the audio interface, so I would update your audio interface firmware and drivers at this point.

If it persists you might try renaming the AUD.INI file (google for details), and also try uninstalling then reinstalling the audio interface drivers.

Even if works in previous Sonar versions this could be an issue.

Cheers.
