Somehow one of my projects now has about 1000 empty measures after the end of the song.  Have no clue how they got there.  How do I delete empty measures in SPLAT???

EDIT...ALL my projects...all of them.

There must be some sort of data or audio that got back there. Look in your event list (IIRC) and delete what is over there...

Go to the end of your 1000 measures and scan through all the tracks, There's gotta be some little piece of audio or MIDI data there that is causing it... could be just one note. Find and delete.

There is some data way down the timeline, often an automation node or MIDI event. Go to the expected end of the project, select everything from there to the real end, delete the selection.

Nope...nothing in the events list and, yup, scook, ol pal, that's what I tried at first but seems like you can't select empty measures for deletion.  Dern.

Try ripple edit

I never worry about anything past the expected end of a project because I always export a time-based selection.

Maybe its an automation envelope that went rouge

It's probably broadcast wave timestamp. Just a guess... Close the project, go Edit --> Preferences --> File --> Audio data and untick "Always import broadcast waves at their timestamp" . Reload the project. This solves my "very long ending empty measure" symptom in many projects I had. It wont hurt to try... Hope it helps.
