Is there an account page that tells me when (what day) my platinum payment is due and how many payments I have made to date?

Not that I can find, Rex.
My payments appear to be based on my initial purchase date. Mine comes due the 21st of the month, and I receive email notifications. It's auto-pay, so you shouldn't have to worry about missing a payment.
It would be nice to have something that shows where we are.
This is a new direction for Cakewalk, and your question is valid.
As this thing unwraps, and things come to light, I suspect they will be addressed.
Good question.

I'm using PayPal, and it wasn't autopay, per say. I got the bill a week early, but I still had to manually log into PayPal to make the payment. I actually prefer it like this, honestly.

I have a question about the payments though. Last month's payment wasn't due until the 21st. However, upon reading the e-mail, I saw this line:

please make sure that your payment arrives at cleverbridge no later than 2/18/2015. Otherwise Cakewalk will deactivate your product.

One would think that naturally, your product would be deactivated after the 21st when the payment was due. I'm confused here. So is the payment really due by the 18th instead of the 21st?

Right now the payment date is scheduled for the same day of the month in which you made the purchase. If you are paying credit card, it just charges it automatically.

Just going to make a suggestion before folks get all flippy on it. Might be better to set it up (or allow the option) to have it be based on 30 days instead of calendar dates. Obviously people paying a full month in February are getting less time with the software than those who buy a month in March.

Might make things a little more confusing for auto payments (which is why I said make it optional) but it might avoid some freakouts. Doesn't affect me obviously but I could how it might get a little weird for some folks. 2-3 days can mean a lot in tracking/mixing terms.

Cheers.

I could be wrong but I suspect CW has no control over the payment date as that is being handled (I suspect) by a third party (CC provider, paypal etc.).

Right. So, just confirm this, I want to ask you something. The e-mail/bill I received last month said that I should get the payment in by the 18th to avoid deactivation. So this month, if I wait until the 20th (payday) to pay the bill, I won't get deactivated, right?
