Well, I rolled back one update and it booted, but then gave me a message saying not authenticated and would revert to demo mode in 9 days.
So I re-updated thinking maybe the original update was somehow corrupted.
Same crash.
I agree scook, a call is in order.
That's your problem... You have an account issue most likely due to cancelling and then reactivating membership.
Call support and they will fix it for you. Regarding the crash an update for that will be released shortly.
No cancellation I am aware of here. I did the monthly set to recur and unless my bank has blocked the payment for some unknown reason...
I have to admit, the ability to stay with the latest build is enticing so that sold me on the monthly plan as I can sell the wife on the $15 monthly plan fairly easily as compared to a couple of hundred in a lump the old way. That said, I have yet to find anything in Platinum that I can't live without as compared to X3 but the hassles are quickly becoming just that.
