Make sure "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Celemony\Melodyne\Melodyne.vst3" exists then go to
Preferences > File > VST Settings
in SONAR, verify "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3" is in the scan path and Reset plug-ins.
