I installed the updates, but don't see the CA amps, vox tools, bark dog, or the new Hardgroove loops. The only ones I see are the reMatrix Solo and the acoustic gtr presets for Prochannel.

Any help greatly appreciated.

For the ca amps and vox tools you have to look in the brouser under fx effects.

If you're installing from the command center, open platinum and scroll down to the apps that you're missing, click on them, and the update page will appear.

Aaaah. Didn't see that I had to install every one separately. Thought that they would all install under the main update.

Thanks Guys!

I got confused too.  I think the main update installs only the fixes and other features common to the user interface of the platinum engine.

You do not necessarily need to install everything else that's available if you don't want to.  I actually did install everything but that was before I figured this out.  Maybe Cakewalk should make this more clear.

Also, I spent time looking for the Anderton Effects before I learned from another thread in this forum they were to be found in the browser (and also as 'cowboydan' says above).

They can be found under f/x chains in the browser.

I'm having troubble finding the new 15 pro channel presets for accoustic guitar.

All items are updated in the commandcenter. (Can not see them there)

Are they in the FX chain presets aswell? (if so what folder?) Can you guys see it in the command center?

Thanks  :)

They are not FX Chains, hover over the right side of the preset name in the ProChannel tab of the inspector then click the open folder to open the ProChannel presets.
