Thanks to everybody here, I really appreciate the advice.

Cutting off the screensavers and HD standby is the best option for now, until I find out what is causing the problem.
Upon stopping the screensaver, and then cutting off the computer, and then rebooting the computer It says the hardware device connect to the Cakewalk program is missing. I go into the Sonar driver page and the hardware drivers are missing upon reboot as if the hardware driver didn't load after that screensaver activated even tho I rebooted the computer.

It could be some type of setting doing this in relation to screensaver that could be changed, or it could be the process of screensaver causing WIN 10 to react this way. But for now I will disable the screensaver and HD sleep for now, until I can research more editing options. 

I wonder if there is some autosave function in Sonar that can be disabled as to not save any edits if anything is being auto saved in screensaver mode?
