Several of us have noticed that this issue seems to happen when using different monitors at different resolutions...it does not seem to happen on the primary or highest resolution monitor, and it only seems to the Saturation Knob that is doing it...(I could be wrong about that last part)...
 
We have all updated our drivers and it might be an nVidia issue (so far)...

My hunch is it could be a regression bug from this fix:

'Missing Console Emulator had graphical issues in new tracks until enabled'.

Doubt it's a display driver problem at this stage.
