I haven't had any trouble with WDM reporting an incorrect offset.

Hello.
Not sure if rewire works?...but was thinking of setting up a Daw with one asio driver, and another Daw with another asio, and rewiring them, set clock to syc to one device...and that might work to bring in more track inputs through using two device for audio..into the main daw being used perhaps?..Never tried it like that with two asio drivers of different origins on same system...so it is to the techies to really answer if it works...if it does, then it could help if all else fails perhaps?

Just thinking out loud, things unthought, that might?.

Cheers

That is actually the method I use to run my more processor hungry
plugins on my other desktop machine.

I use Reaper as a ReWire slave to Sonar Platinum,
and as an OSC client to control the plugins using voice commands..
Reaper will also run the plugins from an OSC(open sound control)
server connection if your DAW supports it...hmmm

O.T.
...wonder if/why Sonar has/has not any plans to
support OSC messages in the future?
I have heard it's supposed to be faster than midi?

Thanks, so you say it works...geart, cause I have been dying to try this out, but still have not quite gotten my System correctly setup, and I got bugs with my audio device being lost or ins and outs changing on me....
Been Some time since thinking about this rewire and using other DAWs tied into one, and using other audio devices I got to make more inputs available....So thanks for confirming my Thoughts....Hope I get to use em soon!

Blessings!
