Yeah obviously, I don't want that canteen lady anywhere near Pro Channels.

I believe you are the first to call Dan a "canteen lady"

Sorry, Dan, that should have said 'the Canteen Lady'

Yes, it is no secret Cakewalk is hiring. What does that have to do with your complaint about Dan producing content?

FWIW,  I like loops and use them when they're called for.  However, I do wish that some of the loops were less "electronic" and more natural takes on non-processed content.  For example, steel guitar licks that most people do not have access to or some nice organ patterns.  Just sayin'...

One of reasons for doing Brian's Steinberger was to have a "natural" bass sound available. However, you must be reading my mind...not steel guitar, but I'm working on a slide guitar expansion pack.

But do remember that content is developed by different people than those who work on the core program. So content doesn't take away from program development, and vice-versa.

I'd prefer more people working on the programme development and less on content. Less content more features. *staff view, cough cough*

The two aren't related. I'm going to do content regardless. If I don't do content, it won't free up any resources for program development.

I'm saying employ more code cutters and spend less money on getting features from other employees and 3rd parties.

My content didn't cost Cakewalk anything, and Dan did the impulses while he was traveling on behalf of the company anyway.

The link wasn't directed at you, posted as I was saying I would prefer more coders, and it seemed related.

See post 7, I haven't complained about Dan's input. I was replying to Craig's comment about general development preferences (post 8)
