I downloaded Sonar Platinum in January. Went the membership route and all has been working fine. I'm in the middle of a project today and when I go to save it says 'Save' not allowed and that I am in demo mode. What the %^&*!   It has been working fine since January, and I have made all my payments. Has anyone seen this?  Very frustrating as I am losing all my work today.

Did you run Command Center since the new billing month? I believe this is necessary to let a sonar know your payment has been made...


...and of course, you must be online when you do this...

I did not know this, I assumed once paid all was good.  Thanks for the info.  
I noticed the latest update for Platinum in the command center so all took care of itself once I performed the update.
I'll remember to do this after every payment. Drag losing the work today!  Oh well, live and learn.
