Hi,
When I insert an FX from the FX chain for example Guitars and Basses ( Clean Slap) it cancel my sound out.

Some more information would be helpful. Where are you inserting the chain, in the FX bin? the Prochannel? Is this an audio track or Simple Instrument track?
 
Are you trying to play an instrument such as a guitar and monitor it or on a track that has audio already pre-recorded? Can you hear whatever it is prior to inserting the chain?
 
Try and explain how you are setting up and at what point the sound is "cancel out".

I try with the Elect Guitar recording first later insert the FX, not work. Insert the FX first and Record not Work. Insert the FX in a audio clip not work and insert the FX in ProChannel and not work at all.
